So, first, a little about me.
I'm a 31 year old male, 5' 10", currently 210 lbs. For as long as I could remember I was 180 lbs. Sometime in the last 10 years (probably during college), I put on 20 lbs to end up at 200. I've put on a further 10 lbs in the last year.
It's time to do something about it.
